Our Vision and Mission
Vision: Millions of young people living a missional lifestyle where knowing Jesus and making Him known are a priority.
Misión: To equip, train, activate, and send out a generation to know Jesus intimately and live filled with the Holy Spirit with passion and power, so that all may know God.
THE BEGINNING
This dream started in the heart of God and came to flourish during the pandemic when people needed to receive a message of hope.
OnFire Nights
OnFire Nights are evenings of intimacy with God and activation in the power of the Holy Spirit. Since the movement began, our vision has been very clear: to create a space for worship, presence, and activation for the generation of young people God is stirring up. These are nights of encounters with Jesus, where we dwell in His presence and find intimacy. We meet every other Monday, and each night is different from the last. We have had series where God speaks to us on a specific topic: The Holy Spirit, identity, freedom, forgiveness, etc. These nights are special for equipping the FaithFam team and those who want to continue growing in Jesus; ready to GO and MAKE disciples. God always shows up and meets us there.

SAY YES
Di Que Síevenings (CONFERENCES) of worship, training, and activation! We are excited to continue working hand-in-hand with local churches to worship, train, and activate youth groups.
For our SAY YES events, we bring a complete Youth Team (10–15 people) aged 16–25 who have been trained and prepared to minister to others. They come with powerful testimonies of what God has done in their lives.
Vision for the Evening A night of revival where we encounter Jesus, the One who is alive and powerful, to know Him and make Him known. We want to join the efforts of the local Church in the transformation of lives until All May Know Him.
Purpose: To bring awareness to the need to become Disciples who share Jesus through a Missional Lifestyle where they also make disciples.
The Great Need
According to a study conducted by Barna Group in 2018:
When asked if they had previously heard of "The Great Commission," half of U.S. churchgoers (51%) said they are unfamiliar with the term. It would be encouraging to assume that the other half who know the term are also familiar with the biblical passage by that name, but that proportion is low (17%). Meanwhile, "The Great Commission" is familiar to one in four (25%), though they do not recall exactly what it is. Six percent of churchgoers are simply unsure if they have previously heard the term "The Great Commission."
These statistics are alarming and highlight the urgency of returning to the last words of Jesus (Paraphrasing): Go and Make Disciples...

SOMETHING BEAUTIFUL HAPPENS
When the responsibility to be and do is transferred to the church attendees, something wonderful happens. The Kingdom of God advances and the Church functions in the way the Bible defines it: The 5-Fold Ministry Equips, Trains, and Teaches the Church SO THAT the Church (Disciples) may do the work of the Ministry (Ephesians 4:11-18).

OUR FOUNDERS
David Rodríguez
A 24-year-old young man whose aspiration is to see a generation "OnFire," or set ablaze for Jesus. A graduate of Cornerstone University in Grand Rapids, Michigan, with degrees in Marketing, Business Management, and a technical certification in Communications, from which he graduated with Magna Cum Laude honors. Since childhood, his dream has always been to preach the gospel and equip the body of Christ to take Jesus wherever they go.
Daniel Rodríguez
Daniel is 18 years old and is passionate about worshipping Jesus and creating spaces where the presence of God is welcomed and honored, leading others to recognize Jesus, worship Him wholeheartedly, and be sent to go and make disciples. He recently finished high school and will begin his university studies soon.
FaithFam Movement is part of Conexión Ministerios; an Apostolic Ministry under the leadership of Apostle Silvio Rodriguez and Pastor Vivis de Rodriguez. Conexión Ministerios exists So That All May Know Him.
